Women’s Health Week Comedy Gala 2021

Unfortunately due to the ongoing restrictions in Melbourne, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event. All ticketholders will be refunded by Ticketek within 20 working days.

Don't miss this one night only event that celebrates women supporting  women in a laugh-out-loud night of comedy and music.

Hosted by the hilariously inventive Claire Hooper (pictured above), and starring the one and only Denise Scott, there will be no topic off limits as Australia’s funniest and smartest female comedians tell it like it is!

Women’s health is powerful stuff and Jean Hailes’ annual Women’s Health Week (6-10 September) is dedicated to improving the health of all women in Australia. Special thanks to our partner in mental health, Liptember, who also believe in the power of a good laugh.

Date: Thursday 2 September 7.30pm
Venue: Athenaeum Theatre Melbourne
Running time: Approx 2.S hours (including interval)
18+ adult content and language.

“I loved the all-female line up! Lots of laughs and it felt like they were talking just to me.”

“I absolutely loved the Comedy Gala. It was a great way to bring all the girls in my life together for the best night ever.  My friends raved about what a great night they had and how they laughed and cried. Absolutely brilliant.”

All proceeds from the Comedy Gala go towards supporting the work of Australia’s leading women’s health service – Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.
