“One of the things I often ask myself is ‘how can I make my life more active?’ Getting outdoors and enjoying the fresh air is not only good for my physical health, but it makes me happy.
What do I love about riding my bike? I love being outside and having that time to myself or enjoying the company of others. It’s my time for some self-care. Riding my bike changed so many things for me. I became physically fitter, by chance I lost weight and my mental health improved enormously. I always think of Women’s Health Week as my week to do something that makes me healthier and happier.”
