Each life stage has different health needs; from contraception discussions in earlier life and pregnancy support, to adjusting to the ageing body. Life’s pressures can often get in the way of good health. Nurses play a key role in prevention by promoting and encouraging women to attend health checks and think about their own wellbeing.”
