As the founder of Fernwood Fitness, Diana Williams is a successful and passionate businesswoman in the women’s health and wellbeing arena. Her strength lies in being very good at inspiring and motivating women to improve their health through physical activity.


Shelley Ware

Shelley Ware

Shelley is a proud Yankanjatjara and Wirangu woman from Adelaide and co-host of NITV’s Marngrook Footy Show she has become one of the most respected and recognised female presenters of AFL football in the country. Shelley shares our passion for education and having the right information to look after your health and future.

After achieving her life time goal of making it to three Olympic Games, Belinda is now focusing on life outside of the pool, planning a wedding and finishing her studies in primary school teaching.

Steph is one of Australia’s most successful elite artistic gymnasts, representing Australia at the 2004 Olympic Games, 2003 World Championships and the 2002 Commonwealth Games. She now shares her experiences and encourages conversations about women’s health.


Caroline Anderson

Caroline is a registered psychologist and former Olympian in Taekwondo. With her psychology skills and experience as an Olympic athlete, Caroline delivers an evidence-based and practical approach to managing and developing healthy, committed and productive people.


Ludi Wiggins

Ludi Wiggins

Ludi Wiggins is a Dual Olympic Medalist, Triple Commonwealth Games Champion in the sport of Diving. As the founder of the Mind and Body Blitz fitness and wellness programs she helps busy women make sustainable change and strongly believes that exercise can support both positive mental and physical wellbeing.
